Head of LNG Origination
Duties and accountabilities: The Head of LNG Origination leads a team of Originators and Business Developers He/She will independently manage and negotiate commercial agreements such as purchase and sales agreements, structured options agreements Build and vet business cases, management and strategy presentations Based on the LNG strategy and Energy’s portfolio identify business opportunities, including origination possibilities Work closely with many stakeholders: Executive management, analysts and risk management professionals Develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing partners, including potential customers for small scale LNG Participate in the commercial and strategic development of our business, e.g. through development of tailor-made trading concepts You should expect frequent travel both within and outside Europe, from 40 up to 60 days per annum.
Candidates must have the following essential experience and job requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience within a similar role, including negotiation and execution of LNG contracts Strong people management skills to maintain strong relations to stakeholders: employees, colleagues, support functions and customers Solid commercial acumen, understanding of LNG operations, exposure management and traded markets Experience with terminal capacity, including contract development and management Substantial LNG industry network Knowledge of shipping and transportation industries an advantage

You will need to be comfortable with the role of people manager, negotiator and executor.
Location: Copenhagen/Denmark or London/United Kingdom (London will require frequent commute to Copenhagen)
