Fuel Sales, Supply & Storage
An expanding oil storage business are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator/Planner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have some experience of working within the oil sector, enjoys working in a busy environment and can work independently as well as being part of a small team. Lots of phone work involved chasing up deliveries and hauliers, and keeping clients and internal sales staff updated, so great communications skills essential.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving and processing orders
- Liaison with hauliers to arrange deliveries and obtain prices
- Chasing and updating relevant parties
- Producing reports when required
- Ad hoc support
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Enthusiastic and quick to learn
- Oil sector experience desirable
