Fuel Card Business Services Manager
This is a brand new recently created role based in Bristol working for a leading fuel card reseller with a successful, growing and profitable team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing two personnel who oversee the account management, admin and customer service function of this highly transactional business.
Assisting with ambitious future recruitment plans for the team including recruiting a new team leader who will report into yourself.
Assisting with the driving of the efficiency drive in all of your designated business areas.
Being involved with all areas of the business including strategic level accounts, client retention, re-engaging with lapsed clients, administration, customer maintenance and re-negotiating contracts.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Fuel card industry experience desirable but not essential, a similar background that is highly transactional and both sales/service focussed would be an alternative e.g. fleet or banking.
Commercially astute, dynamic, progressive individual essential
Able to work in multiple areas
Able to present at all levels internally and externally including to clients
A high amount of people management experience
Must have had exposure to all areas of business - admin/accounts/retention/service
Competitive basic salary + bonus scheme paid annually
