The UK Government has confirmed its negotiating position with the European Union regarding the continued recognition of substances registered under REACH to be continued to be recognised after the date of Brexit. Similarly the European Union has also confirmed its negotiating position that substances already registered should continue to be recognised after Brexit. However these positions are subject to full and final agreement between both parties.
ECHA has confirmed the addition of a substance to their Candidate List on 15th January 2018;
